SelectQuote Cares Tuition Reimbursement Program Guidelines

  • Full-time employee for at least 12 months
  • Employee must be in good standing, per HR guidelines
  • Undergraduate, Graduate or Certification Coursework related to your job
  • Participation in the program cannot impede normal work performance
  • Pre-approval by SelectQuote Cares Administrator, HR, direct Supervisor, and business line Director before each Reimbursement Request (Semester or Certification Program)

  • Upon employee notification of completion of course with a minimum grade of B- or better or certification earned, SelectQuote will reimburse 90% of covered expenses up to $5,000 per calendar year for Tuition, Books, and Fees associated with class/certification with a lifetime cap of $30,000
  • SelectQuote reserves the right to deny requests for approval or to deny requests for reimbursement based on program guidelines

  • Courses must be offered through an accredited Institution or Learning Center
  • Requests for reimbursement must be received with all required receipts and grade reports within 90 days of course completion
  • Employee has continued employment for 12 months from each reimbursement, otherwise the recipient may be required to repay any educational assistance received during the previous 12 months

  • Employee submits Tuition Reimbursement Application
  • SelectQuote Cares Administrator facilitates approval process with HR, direct Supervisor, and business line Director
  • Employee submits Tuition Reimbursement Request Form
  • Satisfactory completion of eligible course/certification
  • Employee submits eligible receipts within 90 days of course completion
  • SelectQuote Cares Administrator Approval
    • Appeal process managed by HR, if needed
  • Reimbursement processed within 30 days of Reimbursement Approval
    • Paid on regular pay cycle
    • Will be made in the same manner as regular paycheck payments
